All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia.

Orders received before 12pm (EST) each business day from Monday-Friday are packed and dispatched on the same day.

SunProtection Australia uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. You can select either standard or express shipping when purchasing at the checkout. Orders under $150 there will be a $10 fixed shipping charge for delivery in Australia.

Orders over $150 will not be charged shipping in Australia.

All orders are sent with an Australia Post parcel tracking number. Your Australia Post parcel tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. Occasionally this emailed tracking number could fall into your junk mail box depending on your email filtering. Look for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!

International

SunProtection Australia uses Australia Post for all international deliveries. We are constantly adjusting our international freight prices, it’s unfortunately very expensive for us to send overseas. The freight charge will be calculated for you at checkout and is weight based.

We use the “Pack and Track” option and you will receive a parcel tracking number. The parcel tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information.
