Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to refund or exchange goods however please phone or email prior to returning any goods for refund or exchange, stating the reason for return or exchange of goods. Goods should be returned within four weeks of the original order date. Returned or exchange items must be in their original condition which is new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. The goods should have all garment tags still attached to the item and in the original packaging.

If an item is returned for reasons other than faulty workmanship or materials, it must be returned in its original packaging in resalable condition for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any exchanges.

Can you please include a note in the package which includes the following details.

  • Your Name
  • Order number
  • Contact Details
  • Reason for Reason or Exchange

If it is easier you can use the Return Form.

The items need to be sent by prepaid post within 7 days of receiving authorization from SunProtection Australia to return the goods.

Postage and handling charges are non refundable.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost of purchase (excluding original shipping cost).

A refund will be credited back to your original payment method. 

We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
